EVENTS

Security: Fee required to use security at $40 /hour to be billed separately.

Cleaning:  A $200 cleaning fee will be added per booking.

Catering:  You’re permitted to bring in outside catering. The caterer would handle the permitting as needed.

Alcohol: Permitted for all guests over 21. We can implement an over 21/ under 21 wristband policy upon check in with ID verification

Parking: Plenty of free parking after 6:00 pm an parking lots. Valet is avaialble per request at an additional cost.

Loading Dock: Available for use for load in and load out . We have 2 truck policy load in at once.

AV: Support available for lighting, sound, rigging, power, lasers and labor.

COI: General liability, property damage and liquor liabilty required. 1-2M per occurace. COI can be attained at www.onedayevent.com at $150.00 -$200.00 per event
